10K or 21K Team Training: An 8 week, total16 sessions team training programme, where you get to apply the Heart Zones methodology and experience the benefits of training in the different branches of the Heart Zones training tree. You will train with a qualified and experienced Heart Zones certified coach to learn and apply the right running techniques, improve your running efficiency, and train in the 5 different heart zones. You will also get to train together with a team of like-minded and motivated runners, for a 8 week period. This programme includes a one-session Heart Zones Sub-Maximum Heart Rate Tests (2 field tests) to determine your estimated maximum heart rate.
