Consisting of a professional pulse watch, the Speedbox running sensor and a diagnostic scale, this package represents the ultimate means of body forming.

Data transfer

• The Speedbox provides data for calculation of the distance in kilometers and speed
• The diagnostic scale transfers the current weight and body fat ratio to the pulse watch
• The pulse watch can be connected to a PC clip to the PC USB port and transfers training results, weight, body fat and personal date

Data interpretation and applications

• Calendar: The training units are pictured in a monthly overview and you can evaluate additionally your nutrition (good/medium/bad)
• Training: Training plan can be entered and will be compared with the actually performed training in a descriptive chart
• Weight-Management: In this area you can enter your target weight. The calorie consumption which is necessary to reach the target weight is calculated in consideration of your personal calorie consumption and the desired period. The current and target weight graph is pictured in a chart. The current BMI and body fat values are classified in a diagram.
