About the bike and the class - bike set-up, safety, appropriate music, drills, movtivation, variability, and classroom guidelines. How to teach a class in Heart Zones Cycling by using the five zones, a heart rate monitor or power meter and then assessing the anchor point to ride strong in different intensity zones. The differences between setting riding zones based on power-watts, threshold heart beats, or maximum beats per minute.
