Payment To enable us to ensure smooth processing of your orders, the following payment policies will apply to all online orders: Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal only. Cash, cheques and electronic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M. are not accepted. You are required to provide details for Billing Information. Billing information submitted has to be the same as it appears on your credit card statement. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel your order and to suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request. Delivery Time We usually process orders within 24 hours during our business day (Monday through Friday), but in some cases it can take up to 48 hours. Delivery is typically made within 3 to 5 business days after our acceptance of your order but subject to stock availability. All deliveries in Singapore will be provided without any charge for a minimum purchase of $300 in a single order. Signature upon delivery is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package at time of delivery, we will arrange with you for a second delivery to be made. There will be an additional delivery charge of $30 for each subsequent re-delivery, regardless of the total value of your purchase. Singapore Only Shipping Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of Singapore, or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of Singapore. Refunds With the exception of items that are on promotion, all products sold from our website have a five (5) day refund guarantee strictly for defects. We accept refunds on the following conditions only; For nutritional products, the items must be returned untampered in its original packaging. For all other products, the items must be unused and undamaged with their original tags still affixed. All items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All returns must be accompanied by an issued sales invoice. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
